The fitness room is open 24 hours a day with no fixed time slots, so you can work out whenever you like. For safety reasons it is reserved exclusively for adults; children and teenagers are not permitted to enter, even under parental supervision.
May children use the swimming pools without parental supervision?
No. According to the park’s house rules, children are allowed in the pools only when one of their parents is present to supervise them.
How large are the Luxury Tents and what amenities do they provide?
Each Luxury Tent offers about 65 m² of space, sleeps up to two adults and four children, and includes its own modern bathroom, a large fridge–freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and a mobile hob that can be used outdoors. A covered terrace holds a dining table, sofa, armchairs and two sun-loungers on the adjacent field.
Does Maison Pigeon come with a private swimming pool and other outdoor extras?
Yes. Maison Pigeon has its own 10 × 5 m private pool, a large garden with an in-ground trampoline, and a table-tennis table for guests’ exclusive use.
When did Bas and Mandy take over the holiday park and rename it Club Les Ormes?
Bas and Mandy moved to France in 2014, purchased the former Chalets les Ormes park that year, and renamed it Club Les Ormes. They have run the site as a family business ever since, after long careers with IKEA.
Is the use of the Club app compulsory during a stay, and what information does it provide?
Yes. Each booking includes access to the Club app, which the hosts use frequently for practical messages and activity updates. Guests are expected to read the app’s contents and all incoming notifications in a timely manner.
What are the “Toddler Weeks” and when do they occur?
Toddler Weeks (Peuterweken) are special early- and late-season periods that offer families with young children more flexible arrival and departure days and reduced rates. For the 2026 season they run from 25 April – 4 July and from 22 August – 28 September.
Is Club Les Ormes liable for loss, theft, or accidents involving guests’ personal property?
No. Club Les Ormes accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to guests’ belongings, nor for accidents or injuries that may occur while using the accommodations, swimming pool, playground, or other facilities.
Does each hiker’s pitch on the trekkers’ field have its own shower facility?
